True Trigger-Point Therapy
Trigger-Point Therapy can be defined as:
a static, ischemic compression, directly-over or adjacent-to localized hyper-tonic fascicle bundles and the hyper-irritable nodules that develop in spastic musculature for the duration necessary to cancel the underlying acetyl-loop in fascicle tissues. Often times, utilization will facilitate re-polarization of muscle tissues when implemented for 30 seconds whilst the subject engages a deep, nasal breath.
I personally have found efficacy in "counting breaths" in increments of 3 and notice that either 3, 6 or 9 deep-nasal breaths with a "pause" at peak-inspiration causes a "still-point" in the body, which I believe directly enhances the effect of each breath for the better.
What is Latent-Muscle Spasm?
(and how to recognize it)
Learn to understand just how the body "holds on" to old injuries and what carrying around muscular-disorganization results in over time.
What is Inflammation?
Learn to spot inflammation in bodily tissues and what to do about it, the natural way.

Para-Sympathetic Breath
Or someone else will hire you to build theirs. Here is how you can take action – starting today.
A slow, deep breath that draws air past the nervous system fibers of the nasal cavity specifically; gently stretching at the peak of inspiration (though no extra air enters) for 3 seconds and effectively creating what's know as a: "still-point" before slow exhalation.
